Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive demand for infection control products.
  • This role will involve organizing product demonstrations, workshops, and industry conferences to showcase our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Development: Design, coordinate, and implement marketing programs to create pull in the market for infection control products. Launch new products and product lines while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality certifications.
  • Training Support: Provide training for sales and marketing teams on infection control products. Conduct operational trainings for end-users, follow-up trainings, and troubleshooting.
  • Sales Support: Offer support to sales teams with product knowledge, training, and strategic selling tools. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with consumables and equipment bundles.
  • Ccustomer Engagement: Build strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) in infection control and hospital administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Pharmacy.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Healthcare Management (preferred).
  • 5-8 years of experience in medical devices, consumables, preferably in infection control industry.
  • Strong understanding of infection control practices and healthcare workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
