Pharmaceutical Data Specialist

This position involves working with complex pharmaceutical data to drive business growth.

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field is required. A minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in patient and/or payer data management solutions in the market is necessary.

Key Skills:

  • Strong Python programming skills are essential for this role.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency is also required.
  • Micrsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word) knowledge is necessary.
  • HIPAA-compliant data management experience is a must.
  • Experience with specialty distributor EDI data (852, 867) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of commercial life sciences datasets (CRM, payer reference, claims) is also beneficial.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management capabilities are required for this role.
  • People management and mentoring skills are also necessary.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills are required.
  • The ability to work in an international matrix environment is necessary.
  • The willingness to work US hours with 3-4 hours overlap is also required.

This role combines technical data expertise with project management and client-facing responsibilities in the pharmaceutical industry.
