Job Overview
  • This is an exciting role that requires a strong background in SAP ABAP programming, reports, forms and custom module development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Working on night shifts from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM.
  • Developing expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including reports, forms (SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms), and custom module development.
  • Creating innovative solutions for HR-specific ABAP development, including Personality Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), Employee Self-Service (ESS), and Manager Self-Service (MSS).
  • Configuring and enhancing SAP HCM (HR) workflows.
  • Applying Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles in ABAP.
  • Integrating SAP HR data using IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs.
  • Understanding and working with SAP HR module configurations and functionalities.
  • Managing employee data, payroll processing, time management, and recruitment according to HR business processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors integration is a plus (cloud HR solutions).
