Job Title: Technical Support Executive

Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving their issues with electronics, speakers, audio amplifiers, and computer operating systems.
  2. Stay updated on the latest technologies, including smart devices and IoT products, to offer expert advice to customers.
  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software faults, ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers, empathizing with their concerns and providing clear solutions.
  5. Develop strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Essential Skills:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups.
  2. Fluency in Hindi and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  3. Strong knowledge of computers and electronics, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer queries simultaneously.
  5. Flexibility to work 6 days a week, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Additional languages, such as regional dialects, will be an added advantage.
  2. Experience in technical support, with a strong understanding of systems and troubleshooting latest gadgets.
