Job Title: Technical Support Executive
Job Description:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving their issues with electronics, speakers, audio amplifiers, and computer operating systems.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies, including smart devices and IoT products, to offer expert advice to customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software faults, ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, empathizing with their concerns and providing clear solutions.
- Develop strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
Candidate Requirements:
- Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups.
- Fluency in Hindi and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Strong knowledge of computers and electronics, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer queries simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work 6 days a week, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional languages, such as regional dialects, will be an added advantage.
- Experience in technical support, with a strong understanding of systems and troubleshooting latest gadgets.
