Job Title: Learning and Development Director
As a key member of our organization, the Learning and Development Director will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for food, beverage, and liquor service staff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality training, with experience in designing and delivering training initiatives that drive operational excellence and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training strategies to improve employee knowledge, skills, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Design and deliver training programs, including workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in hospitality training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospitality training, preferably in a restaurant, lounge, bar, or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and liquor service standards.
- Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel across locations for training sessions and meetings.
