About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished hospitality professional to lead our food service operations in Thoothukudi, India. This role presents a unique opportunity to manage and develop a team of hospitality professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all food deliveries meet customer expectations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement menu recipes rotation for breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, and special events.
  • Create new menus, upgrade existing ones, and design special event Menus.
  • Taste food before service begins and ensure high standards of quality, presentation, and flavour.
Operational Ownership:

The successful candidate will have operational ownership of all QMHSE and H&FS processes, ensuring timely communication of on-site hazards to concerned departments.

People Management and Training:

They will be responsible for managing the on-site team, including cooks, MPWs, stewards, cashiers, stores assistants, and implementing HR processes and staff welfare activities.

Communication and Client Retention:

The role requires strong communication skills to stay in close contact with clients, addressing services, additional business, new initiatives, and hygiene matters.

Requirements:
  • Must be IHM pass out with 10 years of work experience.
  • Strong business acumen, commitment to quality, financial and budgeting skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-groomed and able to represent the organization professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
