Regional Property Acquisition Specialist

This role will play a critical part in supporting the acquisition of properties across India.

The successful candidate will be based in Bangalore and will require regular travel across India. The role reports to the Director - Real Estate Operations Engineering in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team to fulfill the overall strategy for maintaining and developing space requirements of warehouse storage strategy
  • Develop and implement investment models to optimize investments
  • Discuss with local stakeholders and governmental bodies to ensure support for facility expansions
  • Develop the annual real estate business plan, budget, and will be responsible for transactions to meet the business plan
  • Developing regular communications to all business owners including finance managers, IT, legal, operations, facilities, and engineering functional representatives
  • Landlord relations, negotiation, and contractor management, including escalation of any issues beyond daily activity
  • Alteration management and reducing fixed costs, all building-related costs
