Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

\

We seek an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis leader to drive business growth by providing strategic financial insights and recommendations. This individual will have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate and comprehensive financial models and forecasts.\
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.\
  • Providing expert guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.\
  • Leading the development of business cases for strategic investments and projects.\
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.\
  • Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and ensuring alignment around key goals and objectives.\
  • Overseeing the financial planning and analysis function to ensure timely and accurate delivery of high-quality results.\
  • Building and leading high-performing teams to drive business outcomes.\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our organization remains competitive.\
  • Developing and executing plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.\
  • Managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional results.\
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the finance team.\
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to financial planning and analysis.\

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 12+ years of experience in FP&A, finance planning & analysis, stakeholder management, team management, budgeting, and forecasting.\
  • CA qualification or equivalent.\
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.\
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.\
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute plans to drive business growth.\
  • Experience working in FMCG, food processing, beverages, retail, or manufacturing industries preferred.\
  • Results-driven professional with a passion for finance and leadership.\
