Procurement Manager

Razorpay is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Procurement Manager - IT.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of IT procurement experience, a strong background in vendor management, budgeting, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) creation.
- Develop and implement strategies for procuring IT products and services to support business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor identification, negotiation, and contract management.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their IT procurement needs and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Create and manage the IT procurement budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement practices.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and maintain the AOP for IT procurement.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of IT procurement experience, focusing on vendor management and budgeting.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
