DFT Engineer - Optimization Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned DFT optimization specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design for test methodologies and experience with various DFT tools and technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and verifying DFT architectures and features, as well as optimizing test coverage and test cost reduction analysis. A deep understanding of design for test methodologies and experience with tools such as Mentor TestKompress and Synopsys Tetramax/DFTMAX is highly desirable.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. If you have a passion for DFT and are looking for a challenging opportunity to grow your career, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of design for test methodologies and DFT verification experience.
  • Experience with Mentor TestKompress and/or Synopsys Tetramax/DFTMAX.
  • Proficiency in VCS simulation tool, Perl/Shell scripting, and Verilog RTL design.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering/electrical engineering.
