Job Description – DFT Engineer (Freshers)
We are looking for fresh engineering graduates trained in Design for Testability (DFT) to join our VLSI team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and verification of DFT IP blocks (Clock, JTAG, Analog)
- Scan insertion, ATPG, scan verification, and pattern generation
- Memory BIST insertion, validation, and pattern generation
- Functional design analysis for testability
- Create and maintain DFT timing constraints
- Perform STA closure for test modes
- DFT architecture specification, including test muxing and RTL coding
- Generate functional test patterns
- Debug patterns on ATE (Automatic Test Equipment)
- Verify DFT implementation and integration
Tools & Technologies:
- Synopsys DFT Compiler
- Siemens Tessent / Mentor Tessent
- Cadence Modus or similar DFT tools
Eligibility
: BE/BTech or ME/MTech (
2022 and earlier pass-outs
)
