Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

The role of a customer engagement specialist is to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication via phone calls. The primary goal is to promote products or services, address customer queries, and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to engage in conversations about our offerings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, and promotions.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue and enhance the overall customer experience.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of our products and services.

Requirements:
  • Secondary School, Diploma, or Other Bachelor Degree qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of Phone Banking and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
