About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a key decision-maker. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference in strategic projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective solutions to meet business needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define data sources, business requirements, and project plans.
  • Design and develop proof-of-concept or prototypes to validate business rules and processes.
  • Provide input to testing strategies and test plans, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Establish strong partnerships with IT to drive innovation and progress.
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring timely delivery of business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in senior roles.
  • 7+ years of experience in capturing, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Proven track record of success in leading large/strategic and small/tactical projects as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to detail and foster a collaborative attitude.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Results-driven, with ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional certification.
