Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Production Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of production services, working closely with global teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring production stability and minimizing service disruptions
  • Working closely with development teams to drive improvements in production KPIs
  • Driving incident management and problem-solving
  • Actively taking ownership of daily activities of production to ensure timely and effective reporting, tracking, and communication of incidents
  • Communicating across production services and representing Recs in multiple meetings and forums


Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of service management and support methodologies
  • Experience on reconciliation platforms like TLM and Intellimatch
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure for Unix, Windows, and WAS
  • Ability to direct and influence people in a matrix-oriented environment
  • Proven experience of positive, challenging interactions with senior executives
