We seek an analytical professional to spearhead our online presence across prominent marketplaces in India and globally. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, multitasking abilities, and a genuine passion for the fashion industry, e-commerce, and digital commerce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketplace Onboarding & Management: Oversee the setup and management of Pinklay's presence on relevant Indian and international fashion marketplaces.
  • Sales Growth: Drive revenue targets for marketplace channels, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to scale sales.
  • Catalog Optimization: Ensure accurate, engaging, and optimized product listings across platforms.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand partnerships.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor key metrics (traffic, conversions, returns, profitability) and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless marketplace execution.
  • Compliance & Partnerships: Maintain platform requirements and foster strong relationships with account managers.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing fashion businesses on marketplaces, with a solid understanding of e-commerce operations, listing standards, returns management, and pricing strategies.
