Job Title: Venue Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Venue Coordinator to support our category manager in handling venue-related event inquiries, assisting planners by shortlisting suitable venues, coordinating with suppliers remotely, and maintaining CRM updates to ensure accurate data flow.

This role drives smooth venue sourcing and recommendations for clients, ensuring their events run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Select event venues based on client requirements and share options with planners.
  • Communicate with venue partners remotely to collect availability, pricing, and package details.
  • Maintain a comprehensive venue database, including capacity, layouts, minimum spend, F&B inclusions, and more.
  • Assist planners in preparing venue decks and proposals for clients.
  • Track inquiries, responses, and booking confirmations in CRM systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Event Management (1–4 years of experience).
  • Excellent research and coordination skills; fluency in English & Hindi (Arabic an asset).
  • Good understanding of events and venues; prior hospitality/event experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel/Sheets for data management.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
