Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to build brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support sales conversion.
  • Oversee performance marketing with external agencies and partners.
  • Build a compelling digital presence via organic content.
  • Own the brand voice and messaging across all communication platforms.
  • Plan and execute on-ground events, retreats, open days, and experiential campaigns at our site.
  • Closely collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with buyer personas and lead conversion needs.
  • Manage partnerships with influencers, sustainability advocates, wellness experts, and aligned brands.
  • Use data to track marketing effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral that articulate our lifestyle and values.
  • Maintain consistency of brand aesthetics and storytelling across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand building, digital marketing, or lifestyle marketing, preferably in luxury wellness and sustainability sectors.
  • Strong storytelling skills with a keen visual and emotional understanding of premium lifestyle brands.
  • Hands-on experience with digital platforms, performance marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools, CRM systems, social media platforms, and project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to our site for events, content shoots, or strategic work.
