About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Scientific Content Manager to lead our scientific content and community initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong foundations in clinical nutrition and supplement science with exceptional communication skills and strategic thinking.

You will develop and curate science-backed content, drive affiliate outreach and training programs, and contribute to our broader brand and product strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Expert Community Building
  • Design and implement a monthly content calendar of clinically relevant topics.
  • Manage and grow a vibrant community of health professionals (nutritionists, doctors, fitness experts).
  • Organize webinars, Q&A sessions, and educational events to foster engagement and knowledge exchange.
  1. Nutrition Outreach Program
  • Identify and onboard qualified health professionals into our affiliate network.
  • Maintain and manage affiliate dashboards; provide insights to enhance partner performance.
  • Conduct supplement training workshops for affiliates and their teams.
  1. Competitor & Market Analysis
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights to strengthen brand positioning and content strategy.
  1. Scientific Content Development
  • Develop engaging, evidence-based content for blogs, social media, emails, and expert materials.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure scientific accuracy and content consistency.
  1. Research & Ingredient Substantiation
  • Review clinical studies to support product ingredients and claims with solid evidence.
  • Translate complex scientific findings into simplified, consumer- and marketing-friendly language.
  • Develop educational content around ingredients, health benefits, and formulations.
