Job Overview

 

We are seeking an experienced software expert to lead our team in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions using Coupa/Dynamics 365.

 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Coupa/Dynamics 365 system and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert-level support and guidance on Coupa/Dynamics 365 modules.
  • Analysing business requirements and translating them into effective Coupa/Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Configuring and customising Coupa/Dynamics 365 modules to meet business needs.
  • Conducting training sessions for end-users and providing ongoing support.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Coupa/Dynamics 365 with other systems.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for Coupa/Dynamics 365 processes and configurations.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Coupa/Dynamics 365 modules.

 

Professional Requirements

 

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Coupa/MS Dynamics 365 SME or similar role for at least 5-7 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of Coupa/MS Dynamics 365 system and its modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
