Coupa & Dynamics 365 Consultant Job

Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Coupa and Dynamics 365 expert to lead our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with extensive experience in financial systems and process optimization.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including expertise in Coupa and Dynamics 365 modules. They should have excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance on Coupa and Dynamics 365 modules.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective solutions using Coupa and Dynamics 365.
  • Configure and customize Coupa and Dynamics 365 modules to meet business needs.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Coupa and Dynamics 365 with other systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Coupa and Dynamics 365 processes and configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Coupa and Dynamics 365 modules.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 12+ years of experience as a Financial SME with extensive experience in Coupa and Dynamics 365 systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Coupa and Dynamics 365 modules.
  • Dynamics-365 ERP system, Dynamics 365 Modules - Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Employees/Users (HR), Sales Orders, Timesheets, Expenses, Contract Management, Subscriptions, Reporting, Banking.
  • Coupa Modules Invoices, Orders, Inventory, Sourcing, CRA, Contracts, Reports & Insights & Interfaces to Workday, Maconomy and Eflow.
  • Experience with business process configuration, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing and validation, end-user training, and troubleshooting and support.
Preferred Skills
  • Preferable additional platform skills: Maconomy, Onestream.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Coupa Core Certification.
  • Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP) Certification.
  • Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert Certification.
