The Opportunity

Highly motivated and experienced product owners are required to define and deliver cutting-edge healthcare products that address critical market needs and provide exceptional value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with product leadership to define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare-focused solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Understand market needs, customer pain points, and regulatory requirements within the healthcare domain.
  • Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the highest value features and epics.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise between business stakeholders and the development team, facilitating effective communication and managing expectations.
  • Agile Development: Participate actively in agile ceremonies and provide guidance to the development team.
  • User Experience (UX): Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric design meets healthcare professionals' and patients' needs.
  • Compliance & Regulations: Maintain a strong understanding of relevant healthcare regulations and ensure product features are compliant.
  • Product Launch & Adoption: Support product launches, monitor product performance post-launch, and identify areas for optimization.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and impediments to product development and delivery.
