Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Product Engineering Leader to spearhead the development of scalable B2B/B2E products.

  • Develop data-driven and workflow-based products across multiple cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google).
  • Lead cross-functional engineering teams to design and implement Enterprise-grade products that scale on demand and are secure.
  • Conceptualize products, architect/design, and take them to market quickly.
  • Build highly scalable and performant products with a passion for innovation.
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills to resolve technical solutions that align with business goals and product NFRs like performance, reliability, scalability, usability, security, flexibility, and cost.
  • Present the vision and value of proposed architectures and solutions to various stakeholders in alignment with business priorities and objectives.
  • Engage in technology-centric discussions with customers, understand their requirements, manage expectations, and provide solutions for their business needs.
  • Collaborate with key partners including Product managers & owners, business and engineering teams to identify and define solutions for complex business and technical requirements.
  • Experience in Life sciences/Commercial/Incentive Compensation domain is an added plus.
  • Design data-centric products dealing with large datasets.

Behavioral Competencies

  • Product Mindset - Agile methodology-based product development. Define incremental development paths for functionality to achieve future vision.
  • Task Management – Team management experience and plan tasks, discuss and work on priorities.
  • Communication – Clearly convey ideas and information in writing or verbally.

Education and Experience

  • 15+ years of experience working in IT.
  • 7+ years of experience in product development and core engineering.
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science from a reputable institution.

Technical Expertise

React JS, Python, PySpark, Snowflake, Postgres, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, Docker, EKS. Exposure around AI/GenAI Technologies an added plus. Good engineering experience in Java/JEE/.Net Technologies also works if candidate has good product engineering background.
