Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Meta Ads Manager to join our team. As a key member of our advertising department, you will be responsible for independently managing international client accounts, designing winning ad strategies, and driving measurable growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing Meta ad campaigns at scale, with expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools. They will also possess exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to work independently with clients from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad strategies with a focus on ROI.
- Independently manage international client accounts, ensuring strong communication and consistent results.
- Oversee ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-backed adjustments.
- Allocate ad spend strategically to maximize returns.
- Track KPIs, extract insights, and optimize campaigns for conversions and growth.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to refine performance.
- Deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) at scale.
- Strong background managing international clients (experience with Australian market preferred).
- Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently with clients, from strategy to execution.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
- Certifications such as Meta Blueprint are a plus.
