We are seeking a dynamic and personable professional to join our real estate team. The Client Experience Manager will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional, engaging, and smooth experience while representing our brand image.
Job Description:
The Client Experience Manager will be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and prospective buyers, ensuring a positive first impression. They will handle front desk operations including walk-in inquiries, calls, and appointment scheduling. Additionally, they will assist the sales and CRM teams by managing customer walk-ins, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors, clients, and prospective buyers.
- Handle front desk operations efficiently.
- Support the sales and CRM teams in various tasks.
- Provide project-related information to visitors accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams seamlessly.
- Manage client feedback and queries effectively.
- Maintain records of client visits and interactions diligently.
- Assist in organizing site visits and events smoothly.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and confident demeanor.
- Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or front desk roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or any discipline.
- Prior experience as a Guest Relations Specialist or Front Office Executive is advantageous.
