We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Monitoring Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring and managing IT infrastructure using tools such as SCOM and SolarWinds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup, configure, and maintain SCOM/SolarWinds monitoring solutions.
  • Assist in the identification and categorization of incidents and take appropriate actions as required.
  • Collect and analyze monitoring data to identify performance trends and potential problems.
  • Provide basic support to end-users who need assistance with SCOM functionalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with SCOM and SolarWinds tools.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and monitoring concepts.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
