Network Infrastructure Specialist

This is a specialized role that involves the design, implementation, and management of complex network infrastructure. As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with ISPs and vendors to resolve link-related issues effectively.
  • Proactively detecting and responding to incidents, with clear escalation procedures and communication channels in place.
  • Delivering regular reports on network performance, including bandwidth utilization, latency, uptime, and availability metrics, with actionable insights for network optimization.
SD WAN Solutions:
  • Managing private links to ensure high-performance WAN links that connect remote sites with redundancy and failover solutions.
  • Enabling dynamic routing and bandwidth optimization across regions using SD-WAN solutions.
  • Providing mechanisms to minimize jitter, latency, and packet loss, ensuring an optimal user experience for global collaboration tools.
Branch Network WAN:
  • Managing WAN links connecting all branches, ensuring redundancy and high availability for office locations and retail outlets across the country.
  • Ensuring stable and secure network connections for all branch offices and locations, with real-time monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • L2 Network Troubleshooting, capacity trend/problem identification, patching, configuration management.
LAN/Wi-Fi Management:
  • Full lifecycle management of LAN, including switch configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Managing the Wi-Fi network, ensuring coverage, security, and performance for both office and remote locations.
  • Providing secure, segregated guest Wi-Fi access with appropriate bandwidth controls.
Audit Participation and Documentation:
  • Participating in all audits requested by customers, including filling in required forms and collecting relevant data.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate submission of all requested audit materials.
  • Completing all audit questionnaires and related documents as required by customers, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with the scope of the service provided.
