Senior Hospitality Asset Strategist

Job Overview:
This position plays a crucial role in driving the financial and operational performance of hotel and restaurant assets. The successful candidate will lead the budget finalization process with operating partners, ensuring alignment with ownership goals.
- Asset Performance Management:
- Monitor and analyze RevPAR, GOP, ADR, occupancy, and EBITDA trends to optimize ROI.
- Benchmark with industry data and STR reports to ensure competitiveness.
- Commercial Asset Management:
- Manage leasing, tenant relationships, and yield enhancement at commercial developments.
- Oversee CAM, tenant compliance, facilities, and lifecycle maintenance.
- Structure monetization strategies through leasing, JV, REIT, or selective exits.
- Land Bank Development:
- Drive the development of land banks in key markets.
- Evaluate feasibility, design concepts, and financial models for new hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
- Ensure statutory approvals and timely execution.
- Brand & Operator Engagement:
- Negotiate management agreements and commercial terms with suitable hotel brands.
- Govern operator relationships to ensure compliance with financial and brand objectives.
- Reporting & Strategic Input:
- Maintain MIS, dashboards, and board presentations on asset performance.
- Support investment strategy papers, pitch decks, and deal structuring.
- Track hospitality and real estate trends for informed decision making.
