Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee and deliver consulting assignments in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have strong project management capabilities, excellent client-facing skills, and a deep understanding of the consulting environment.

The Project Manager will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and internal governance.
  • Team Management: Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and approval processes.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Risk Management: Monitor project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hospitality management, economics, business administration, tourism, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms.
