Job Opportunity: Hospital Construction Project Lead

About the Role:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Hospital Construction Project Lead with a proven track record of delivering large-scale healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in hospital construction, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of hospital construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Provide technical direction to project team members and ensure they have the necessary resources and support.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in hospital construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale healthcare projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital infrastructure systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety, medical gas, and modular OT standards.
  • Deep understanding of Indian construction regulations, safety standards, and healthcare accreditation requirements (NABH preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities under high-pressure conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
