About the Role

This is a pivotal position that demands technical coordination with clients, consultants, and architects to deliver world-class interior construction management services. As a Finishing Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and aesthetics in hospital facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply creative vision to achieve exceptional finishes in state-of-the-art hospital facilities.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and architects to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee interior construction management, scheduling, and monitoring projects.
  • Maintain alignment with project leaders and teams.
  • Valuate projects, handle billing, and ensure quality control and assurance.
  • Familiarize yourself with sourcing high-end materials and installations, as well as MEP coordination.
  • Exposure to BIM is an added advantage.
  • Experience in handling fast-track projects and knowledge of lighting and landscape-related works.
  • Monitor projects using MS Project or Primavera, identifying key milestones and productivity improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, maintaining an excellent tracking system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in hospitals and hotels.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a team management role.
