Ad Strategist + Media Buyer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ad Strategist + Media Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across Meta and Google Ads platforms
  • Build and optimize TOF/MOF/BOF funnel strategies aligned with client goals and objectives
  • Segment audiences using interest-based, custom, and lookalike targeting methods
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per lead (CPL), click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per action (CPA), and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Collaborate with the design and copy teams to create compelling ad creatives and angles
  • Manage budgets, A/B tests, and campaign scaling to achieve optimal results
  • Prepare regular performance reports with insights and actions to inform future campaign decisions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Proven track record of delivering high-return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) campaigns
  • Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and campaign scaling principles
  • Proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), UTM tracking, and CRM integrations
  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using tools like Google Sheets and reporting dashboards
  • Excellent communication and creative skills to develop compelling hooks, CTAs, and ad formats
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and performance-driven approach to work
