Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our advertising department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital advertising, with experience in meta ads (Facebook & Instagram). They will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital advertising strategies to drive scalable results across multiple platforms.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency.
  • Identify and test new audience segments, bidding strategies, and ad placements to maximize ROAS.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital advertising with a track record of high ROAS.
  • Strong expertise in meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) with the ability to develop and execute high-performing campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with design and video editing teams.
