As a key player in our data team, you will oversee master data sets, develop insightful reports, and resolve complex data issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Create, update, and delete master data entries, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • User Access: Manage user roles, ensuring secure and efficient data handling.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Review imported data for quality, collaborating with QA analysts if necessary.
  • Data Set Commissioning: Commission data sets, adhering to guidelines and regulations.
  • Confidential Data Handling: Process sensitive information with discretion and according to established protocols.
  • Report Development: Assist in creating informative reports and analyses that meet business needs.
  • Reporting Environment Design: Design and manage the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
  • Warehouse Support: Collaborate with the data warehouse team to identify and address reporting requirements.
  • Data Integrity Support: Support initiatives aimed at maintaining data integrity and normalization.
  • System Assessment: Evaluate new software and hardware systems, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Report Generation: Develop reports from single or multiple systems, meeting business objectives.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to the reporting database environment and reports.
  • Change Evaluation: Assess changes and updates to source production systems, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • End-User Training: Educate users on new reports and dashboards, promoting effective adoption.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in computer science or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field, with a strong understanding of data analysis tools and databases.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
  • Software Expertise: Capacity to analyze existing tools and databases, providing software solution recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: High-level written and verbal communication skills, enabling translation of business requirements into clear terms.
  • Methodologies and Processes: Strong experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
  • Data Handling: Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
