Job Title: Lead Data Insights Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive business growth through data-driven insights and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical issues to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Drive problem-solving from inception to delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with research trends in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in building complete analytics products, from analysis to deployment.
  • Theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Predictive Analytics.
  • Ability to rapidly prototype and evaluate algorithms.
  • Experience working with large datasets and advanced analytical tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Domain experience in Fintech is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Publishing experience in top-tier conferences and journals is considered a plus.
