Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Data Insights Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and analyze experiments to assess and optimize opportunities across various business channels. Your ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential in driving business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to support decision-making
  • Design and implement experiments to assess and optimize business opportunities
  • Communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative field

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Tableau Qualified Associate Certification preferred
  • Experience with SQL, Postgres, and RedShift a plus
