  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team.
About This Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an accomplished Senior Business Analyst who possesses strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address development areas through feedback and reflection.
  2. Demonstrate proven expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the chosen domain.
  3. Provide client Point of Contact/Point of View (POC/POV) for integrating emerging technologies like Blockchain, AI, etc., with the product platform associated.
  4. Mentor junior resources within the team, conduct Knowledge Sharing Sessions (KSS), and lessons learnt.
  5. Foster flexibility to work in stretch opportunities/assignments.
  6. Demonstrate critical thinking and bring order to unstructured problems.
  7. Review ticket quality and deliverables.
  8. Prepare status reports for the project.
  9. Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), experience in incident management, change management, and problem management.
  10. Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
  11. Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and explain the reasons for this choice.
  12. Pursue opportunities that give exposure to different situations, environments, and perspectives.
  13. Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others.
  14. Read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships.
  15. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
  16. Demonstrate leadership capabilities by working with clients directly and leading the engagement.
  17. Contribute to a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration.
  18. Act as a good team player. Take up cross-competency work and contribute to Center of Excellence activities.
  19. Manage escalation/Risk management.
