SAP Program Manager

The role of the SAP program manager is pivotal in ensuring successful implementation and support of SAP systems within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SAP program management strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and maintenance of SAP systems, fostering collaborative environments and driving project success
  • Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery through effective resource allocation and risk management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements for SAP system enhancements, promoting agile methodologies and iterative improvements
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of SAP programs, driving data-driven decision making and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP program management, with a strong background in functional modules and a proven track record of delivering complex projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams, leveraging emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks, think critically, and drive results-oriented solutions
  • Proficiency in SAP FICO and other related tools and technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a focus on strategic management and organizational leadership
  • Additional certifications in SAP program management, such as CPM or PMP, demonstrating expertise and commitment to best practices
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and uncertainty
