About this role:

We are seeking a visionary IT Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and product managers to transform business requirements into technical realities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures using Java (Spring Boot) and REST APIs.
  • Provide architecture-level oversight for development and deployment activities, ensuring seamless integration and efficient delivery.
  • Drive cloud-native architecture adoption and integration using AWS, Azure, or GCP, maximizing scalability and minimizing costs.
  • Collaborate with UI development teams working on Angular (v8+) to build responsive front-end applications that meet user expectations.
  • Establish best practices and enforce coding standards and architectural guidelines, promoting consistency and quality throughout the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex architecture-related issues across platforms, applying creative problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Support DevOps initiatives, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization practices, streamlining the software development lifecycle and improving efficiency.
  • Mentor and lead technical teams in solution design and implementation, fostering growth and knowledge sharing within the organization.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of total software development experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • 3+ years in a Solution Architect or Technical Lead role, demonstrating leadership and technical expertise.
  • Deep understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, as well as proficiency in Angular (v8+) for front-end development.
  • Strong grasp of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Couchbase), including data modeling and querying techniques.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, system integration, and modern software design patterns, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
  • Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with hands-on experience in cloud migration and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and container orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), streamlining the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a customer-centric focus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), enabling real-time data processing and notification.
  • Exposure to API Gateway, OAuth2, and security standards, ensuring robust authentication and authorization mechanisms.
