**Job Title:** ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management Developer

Are you a seasoned software developer with extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing strategic solutions? Do you have a strong understanding of service management platforms and their capabilities?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of service management solutions using ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement effective solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Monitor day-to-day technical tasks to deliver them on time.

Technical Skills:

  • Development experience in ServiceNow, specifically in strategic portfolio management.
  • Implementing workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
  • Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Knowledge of standard IT technologies and 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in software development, preferably in ServiceNow.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
