Job Title: AI Automation Expert

We are a forward-thinking organization committed to integrating AI to drive operational efficiency and innovation across all departments.

The AI Automation Expert will help shape and execute our automation strategy, starting with Microsoft Co-Pilot and expanding into broader AI-driven capabilities.

This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents across departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, etc.) using Microsoft Co-Pilot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Deploy AI Agents: Design and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Co-Pilot tailored to departmental needs (Sales, HR, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
  • Automate Business Processes: Automate business processes and knowledge access through intelligent workflows and training support tools.
  • Develop Role-Play Simulations: Develop role-play simulations and interactive tools to assist in job-specific performance enhancement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with department leads to understand needs and identify AI automation opportunities.
  • Sustainable Framework: Create a scalable and sustainable framework for AI adoption across the organization.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the subject matter expert for internal AI automation strategy and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in AI Implementation: 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in AI implementation, automation, and agent development.
  • Microsoft Co-Pilot Experience: Experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot, including prompt engineering, agent creation, and workflow automation.
  • Strong Understanding of AI: Strong understanding of how AI tools can improve enterprise productivity and efficiency.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
