We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Strategist to join our team.

This role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge AI models that leverage large language models, prompt engineering, and deep learning techniques to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science, with proven expertise in Generative AI applications. They will be responsible for building and deploying machine learning pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and researching emerging trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Generative AI models for tasks such as text, code, image, and data generation.
  • Apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to optimize performance of large language models.
  • Work with frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases.
  • Build and deploy ML pipelines for training, validation, and deployment of GenAI models.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate GenAI solutions into business applications.
  • Research and stay updated on emerging GenAI trends, tools, and frameworks.
  • Ensure model performance, scalability, and ethical AI practices in deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon) and NLP techniques.
  • Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Qdrant).
  • Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployments.
