Key Leadership Role in AI and GenAI

This is a pivotal leadership position within the Solutions group, centered on the Incedo Lighthouse platform. The Director will provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to drive the evolution of AI and GenAI-driven problem discovery, root cause analysis, and action recommendation modules within Incedo Lighthouse.

The role will work closely with technical architects and data scientists to create and develop advanced AI and GenAI models for problem discovery, RCA, and action recommendation. This includes designing and deploying pipelines that autonomously discover problems, identify root causes, and recommend actions in real-time and batch processing scenarios.

The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience in AI and GenAI development, as well as expertise in statistics, classical machine learning, deep learning, and GenAI. They will also be able to understand business problems across various domains and translate those into AI model requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of cutting-edge AI and GenAI models for problem discovery, RCA, and action recommendation
  • Collaborate with technical architects and data scientists to design and evolve these models
  • Design and deploy pipelines that autonomously discover problems, identify root causes, and recommend actions
  • Provide guidance on best practices in GenAI, AI/ML methodologies, and coding standards
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers, and business analysts to align AI solutions with platform goals and user requirements

Requirements:

  • In-depth conceptual understanding of Statistics, Classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI
  • Significant hands-on development experience in AI and GenAI
  • Ability to understand business problems across various domains and translate those into AI model requirements
  • Expertise in leveraging open-source LLMs and prompt engineering, RAG-based training, and SLM model development
  • Hands-on experience with excellent ML programming skills in Python using open-source libraries
  • Experience working with RDBMS and NoSQL databases; exposure to Big Data technologies

Leadership and Collaboration:

The Director will lead and mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, providing guidance on best practices in GenAI, AI/ML methodologies, and coding standards. They will collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers, and business analysts to align AI solutions with platform goals and user requirements.

Pre-sales and Client Development:

The Director will support pre-sales, marketing hyper-scaler partnerships, and other sales activities such as RFPs by providing subject matter expertise during scoping and designing of engagements. They will contribute to developing proposals, POVs, and other POC read-outs, and support pilot deployments at clients and strive for conversion into full programs.
