Job Opportunity: Salesforce Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Salesforce projects and teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering successful projects, managing a team of professionals, and collaborating with clients to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in Salesforce project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, ensuring quality and on-time completion.
  • Oversee a small to mid-sized team of Salesforce developers and consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment between technical implementation and business goals.
  • Provide functional expertise across Salesforce products and modules.
  • Monitor team performance and support resource planning and allocation.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status and risks.
Requirements:
  • 58 years of experience in Salesforce, with strong functional knowledge.
  • Proven experience in successfully delivering Salesforce projects.
  • Hands-on experience managing small to medium-sized teams.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
  • Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Exposure to various Salesforce modules and third-party integrations.
