Visual Creative Lead

We're looking for a skilled Visual Designer who can craft engaging visual ideas across campaigns, digital, and print.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with design, a strong point of view, and the ability to balance consistency with creativity.

  • Develop creative solutions to marketing problems by understanding business objectives and developing strategic concepts.
  • Create visual content for various mediums including emailers, in-app banners, and other digital assets.
  • Collaborate with external design teams/design agencies to provide guidance on design and strategy.
  • Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to defining the brand voice of a leading company.
Required Skills:
  • 2-4 years of experience as an art director/designer in an agency set-up or with a brand.
  • A portfolio showcasing the ability to think creatively, execute designs across media, and develop strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Right-brain and left-brain thinking with the ability to adapt to different situations.
  • Designing fresh creatives from scratch and adapting them for various sizes.
