Database Development Role

We are seeking an experienced Database Developer with expertise in SSIS package development, SQL Server Job creation, stored procedure troubleshooting, views, and query performance tuning in Microsoft SQL Server.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining database solutions that support business operations and applications. They will work on designing, implementing, and maintaining SSIS packages for data integration and ETL processes, as well as creating, scheduling, and monitoring SQL Server Agent Jobs.

  • Develop and implement efficient SSIS packages for data integration and ETL processes.
  • Create and schedule SQL Server Agent Jobs to automate workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize stored procedures, views, and SQL queries to enhance database performance and reduce latency.
  • Collaborate with application developers to design and maintain database schemas, stored logic, and support data access needs.

Core Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (2016 and above) with strong experience in developing and managing SSIS packages.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL Server Agent Jobs – creation, scheduling, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in writing and debugging complex stored procedures, views, and T-SQL scripts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze query execution plans and provide recommendations for improvement.
