Chief Safety Officer

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and optimize the security program, ensuring the safety and security of properties, guests, visitors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze security-related problems and develop effective solutions.
- Design and implement strategies to prevent or minimize waste, theft, or pilferage.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and promote compliance among team members.
- Identify and recommend necessary facilities and security equipment for the department and property.
- Provide support and guidance to the team to enable them to deliver a range of effective and efficient services.
- A bachelor's degree in Security Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Physical Security Management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- A proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies.
- Strong knowledge of security risk management, project management, and emergency preparedness.
- Experience in managing security teams and third-party service providers.
- Proficiency in security technologies, systems, and control room operations.
- Excellent understanding of local, state, and federal security regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
