Data Science and Engineering Expert

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and interpret vast amounts of data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform our business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or solution design in Compliance, Risk, or Financial Services domains.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) and advanced SQL, especially with Snowflake. Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and performance tuning in large-scale data environments.
  • Business Acumen: Solid understanding of analytics for risk and compliance use cases such as false positive reduction, alert triaging, and investigative workflow analysis. Experience working with cloud data platforms, ideally in a Snowflake-based data lakehouse architecture.
