Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical components related to the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of HCM cloud systems.

Key responsibilities include developing extracts for reporting and analysis, creating reports using business intelligence tools, performing data conversion using human design language, developing fast formulas, and understanding multiple HCM modules including core HR.

The ideal candidate will have a strong functional understanding of the Redwood framework and Journey configuration, with experience in page personalizations and customizations using visual basic scripts.

Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

They should also be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

With 10+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant, the candidate should be familiar with HCM cloud functional certifications and have a good understanding of OIC development skills and experience.
