We are seeking highly skilled Learning & Development professionals to join our curated bench of experts. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in delivering multiple inclusive, data-driven digital learning programs.
Languages and Functions- Languages: English (professional proficiency) is required, while French and/or German are strongly preferred.
- Functions:
- Instructional Designers: Course design, accessibility, and localization are critical skills.
- Project Managers: Multi-workstream planning, stakeholder communication, budgets, and risks management are essential.
- eLearning Developers – Articulate Storyline (ASL): SCORM/xAPI, templates, and interactions are crucial.
- HTML5 Learning Developers: Responsive UI, JS/CSS, LMS compatibility, and WCAG 2.1 are vital.
- Learning Technologists: AR/VR, serious games, hybrid classrooms (X2O/OneRoom), and other cutting-edge technologies require expertise.
- Simulation Design & Delivery: ModuloPi, Laerdal SimCapture, CAE LearningSpace; scenario creation and facilitation are key.
- Serious Games Designers & Devs: Blend pedagogy + game mechanics to build meaningful learning experiences.
- Data & Evaluation Analysts: Power BI, Tableau, Excel/SQL, SurveyMonkey, NVivo; experience designing feedback and evaluation frameworks is essential.
- Accessibility & QA: WCAG 2.1, ISO/IEC; content, navigation, multimedia checks are critical.
- Event & Cohort Operations (Training): Global training logistics and run-of-show expertise are necessary.
- Webinar Producers & Facilitators (Training): Platform setup, speaker operations, engagement are key.
- Cultural SMEs & D&I (L&D): Inclusive content, imagery, and delivery standards for diverse audiences require sensitivity.
- Design and deliver learning experiences and training events with measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders/SMEs across time zones and languages.
- Build scalable templates, toolkits, and processes (content, tech, ops).
- Evaluate evidence-based learning outcomes and ensure quality, accessibility, and relevance.
- A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable Learning & Development experience.
- A strong portfolio/case studies (links required for ID/ASL/HTML/AR-VR/games/sim).
- Proven remote collaboration, clear communication, and timely delivery.
- Bonus: multilingual delivery (English + French/German), regulated sectors, or large-scale rollouts are valuable assets.
Contract / SOW; rates depend on role, seniority, and geography. Durations vary; retainers possible.
