The ideal candidate will oversee the cold finishing process, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge, as well as strong leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of cold finishing operations to ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Utilization of SAP and other IT-related applications to monitor and control operations, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of data.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and rectify potential issues.
- Identification of areas for improvement in the cold finishing process, implementing changes as necessary to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Liaison with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, resolving conflicts or issues that may arise.
Required Skills:
- Detailed knowledge of cold finishing processes and technologies.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education and Experience:
